We are very happy with the service we received today from Auto Express. We didn’t have an appointment but called with a problem with our air conditioner on our Ford truck. They had it fixed within 3 hours! Very nice people to work with. Highly recommend.

I give Auto Express 5☆ because of the quality of their work and how they genuinely care for their customers. Patrick and his employees are professional are very knowledgeable. They always call you before they do anything on your vehicle. I have taken multiple vehicles to Auto Express to either get a diagnostic or getting something repaired they were upfront and honest about what need to be done. I had a 2006 Toyota Sienna's front struts replaced. I also had a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT that wasn't running right and started knocking. Patrick diagnosed the problem and found out the 3 of the cams were eaten up. His crew totally rebuilt the top end of the engine and it ran like a dream. I have recommended Auto Express to multiple and if or when I have car issues in the future this is the auto shop I'll be taking it to. Highly recommend these these guys as they lead with integrity!

Auto Express -Whitehouse Texas. My engine was running rough after a engine light suddenly came on. They did a Diagnostic and told me that I needed a complete rebuilt engine installed. I took my vehicle to another auto service and it was a very minor issue for the cost of a minor part and install. Auto Express - Whitehouse Texas is either totally crooked, incompetent or both! Also on checking the cost of engine rebuilding at other Auto shops they were the highest cost of all. The cost ranged from 6.5k to 10k. The average was about 8.5k. They wanted 12.5k. The highest of all. Again I would not trust them. Totally taking advantage of customers. Upon inquiring from others - 2 other friends said, they had taken their cars there and were told they also required a engine rebuilt and installed. They also got a second opinion and their car did not require it. Steer clear of this crooked disreputable auto service provider. Others have also told me they are as high or higher than dealerships for basic services. Be a good consumer and get at least a second opinion. I am sure glad I did!

Brock has been so helpful and trustworthy for my mother in law. She recently moved back to the area and needed reliable advice and repairs on her vehicle. The whole team is honest and offer great service.

This is the most friendly, accommodating shop in town! I've used them for a high end brake job on my Jeep Trackhawk before, so they can work on pretty much anything. Today they earned a lifelong customer when, without an appointment, they let me put my Camaro up on a lift to install a small modification underneath. The owner ended up doing it for me, had me gone in under 10 minutes, and wouldn't let me pay! Thanks for being honest and fair guys!
